Just 100 ft away from the Castle and 8 kms from Saint Tropez, the house includes all modern amenities, including air-conditioning, WiFi, 2TV sets

The villa features a spacious floor plan with four double rooms that can easily accommodate up to eight adults, perfect for families or friends. Two rooms offer wide views and direct access to the terrace, steps away from the pool

Surrounding the villa, is our provençal maintained garden with fig trees, olive trees, mediterrannean plants, from where you’ll enjoy a stunning south west view, you’ll relax around the 9m beautiful mozaïc pool

From low to very High Season , Easter, Voiles of Saint Tropez, Christmas, you’ll enjoy an incredible ambiance and potentials between Grimaud and Saint Tropez

The Villa Grimaou offers 4 tastefully-decorated double bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight adults, featuring :

LIVING ROOM

The big living room (av 55m2) offers enough space to relax, play and watch TV. It features a great view of the Corniche des Maures and direct access to the garden and pool area

KITCHEN

The fully-equipped kitchen has a full range of equipment that can help bring to life even the most ambitious meals, including: luxury stove, oven and microwave, Great size refrigerator and deep freezer,  coffeemaker, Thermomix and a complete range of kitchen utensils. A electric Plancha (outdoor flat-top griddle) stands on the terrace.

PRICES & CONDITIONS

Minimum stay : Sept. – June: 7 nights. July – August.: 14 nights. Check-in : 16h-20h. Check-out : 10h30. Payment : 50% at the Reservation. 50% of final payment 60 days prior to the arrival. We’re sorry this Villa do not provide the requirements for disabled people-wheelchairs. Pets allowed upon approval.

Final cleaning Fee 200€. Laundry room at your disposal, and additional cleaning service at your charge is provided Tourist Tax : 2.53€ per day per adult. Deposit : 3 000€ added to the final payment. The Deposit will be refunded 14 days after Check Out.
